Starting up this new blog as kinda like a diary of my workouts, meals and mood-swings. 4 years ago I went under the knife and came out paralyzed waste down. Yada, yada, yada........not going for a rehash on that.
Now later on I have developed depression, anxiety and all the shitty mood swings that go with it.
The background here needs color and inspiration kinda like me? Going to do my cardio now and see how things turn out down the road today. I'm going to list my times of depression or when I feel depressed. Hoping if I do this, I can better understand my own mood swings from foods, exercise and so forth.......
I'm presently 360 pounds, we'll see how quickly it can go down......
